Q. Is there a Christmas returns policy?
A. Yes the standard 7 days return policy has been extended. All orders purchased between 10th and 23rd December can be returned provided a returns number is obtained from Visorshop before 4th January 2008.
Q. Is there a Christmas cut-off date for orders to be delivered before Christmas?
A. We recommend that all orders intended for Christmas are placed before 1pm on 18th December and the Special Delivery option selected for guaranteed next day delivery. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times with their Recorded signed for service and there is the possibility of extended delivery times during December.
