Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit cards:
Mastercard, VISA, JCB, Connect

Debit cards:
Solo, Switch, Visa Debit, Maestro, Electron

Payment may be made by any of the methods above and will be debited when we receive your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method you use. Our prices include VAT where applicable.

Making a contract with us

 

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. A payment from you also constitutes an acceptance of your offer and that a contract has been made between us.

 

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of any information given to us in order for us to process your order.

Our Data Protection Policy:

We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your express permission for us to do so. By placing an order, you will consent to the use of such personal information.

Any personal information held or processed will be kept up-to-date and will be destroyed as soon as the reason for its collection or processing has lapsed. No personal data about customers will be passed to any third party, except to fulfil the delivery of the goods to you, and as is necessary to process credit or debit card payments. Your privacy and confidence will be respected at all times.

What Information is collected about you and how is it used?

When you place an order we need to collect your name, address, e-mail and telephone number as well as details of the method by which you intend to pay for the Goods. This information allows us to process your offer to purchase Goods and delivery of those Goods to you. We use your e-mail address to send you notification of the status of the order. We will contact you by e-mail or by telephone if any problems occur regarding delivery of the Goods to you. This information may be provided to third party service providers for the purpose of processing your offer to purchase the goods. We may use your e-mail address to provide you with information on products, services, promotions and special offers where you have indicated that this is acceptable by checking the box on the ‘Delivery details page.

We will not sell or pass your details to third party organisations except for the purpose of processing your offer to purchase the goods.

Cookies:

The security of your transaction is important to us and to prevent any details being seen by unauthorised persons it is protected throughout the payment process. To do this we use a secure server to encrypt the information before it is sent to the payments processor.

Orders and Delivery Times

All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Expect approximately 3-5 business days to receive your order. Orders outside the UK and Ireland may take longer. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive a call or email within 2 business days from the time the order was placed. We aim to deliver your products in the stated time period but under exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 30 days.

 

Prices are subject to change and displayed in Pounds Sterling. Prices include shipping to the Channel Islands and the UK but but not to other destinations. The shipping charge to other zones is displayed during checkout. We also offer a UK next day Special Delivery service for £8.00 provided that orders are received on Monday to Friday before 2.00 pm.

 

We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If we are unable to ship the item within 2 business days, you will be notified. You will then have the option to cancel the order or place the item on back order. Should you decide to cancel your order under these circumstances, your credit card payment will be refunded in full.

VAT (UK)

As we are based in the Channel Islands, VAT is not applicable to goods under 22 Euros in value. However please note, HM Customs have the right to collect duty on certain goods over 22 Euros. On goods over this value, VAT is included within the price advertised on the website.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, Please e-mail at info@visorshop.com.

 

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The merchandise must be returned in sellable condition unless damaged before receipt.

 

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

 

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. In such a case we will provide you with a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label.

 

If you would like to exchange for an alternative item, you must notify us of your intent within 7 days of receipt by email. Goods must be sent back at your own cost. If goods are not returned, we will arrange collection and charge you for the direct costs of collection.
