Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods above and will be debited when we receive your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method you use. Our prices include VAT where applicable.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of any information given to us in order for us to process your order.
Our Data Protection Policy:
We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your express permission for us to do so. By placing an order, you will consent to the use of such personal information.
Any personal information held or processed will be kept up-to-date and will be destroyed as soon as the reason for its collection or processing has lapsed. No personal data about customers will be passed to any third party, except to fulfil the delivery of the goods to you, and as is necessary to process credit or debit card payments. Your privacy and confidence will be respected at all times.
What Information is collected about you and how is it used?
When you place an order we need to collect your name, address, e-mail and telephone number as well as details of the method by which you intend to pay for the Goods. This information allows us to process your offer to purchase Goods and delivery of those Goods to you. We use your e-mail address to send you notification of the status of the order. We will contact you by e-mail or by telephone if any problems occur regarding delivery of the Goods to you. This information may be provided to third party service providers for the purpose of processing your offer to purchase the goods. We may use your e-mail address to provide you with information on products, services, promotions and special offers where you have indicated that this is acceptable by checking the box on the ‘Delivery details page.
Third parties:
We will not sell or pass your details to third party organisations except for the purpose of processing your offer to purchase the goods.
Consent:
By making offer to purchase Goods you consent to the information you provide to us being processed for any of the above purposes.
Cookies:
Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent from your browser to our web server. On this web site, cookies are used to keep track of the items you place in your shopping basket. We do not store any personal information in the cookie; they are designed only to collect information of an anonymous nature. We will not combine such anonymous information with your personal details. You will need to ensure your cookies are enabled to allow you to purchase from our site.
Security:
The security of your transaction is important to us and to prevent any details being seen by unauthorised persons it is protected throughout the payment process. To do this we use a secure server to encrypt the information before it is sent to the payments processor.
Orders and Delivery Times
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Visorshop Limited reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Expect approximately 3-5 business days to receive your order. Orders outside the UK and Ireland may take longer. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive a call or email within 2 business days from the time the order was placed. We aim to deliver your products in the stated time period but under exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 28 days. Remember, if there is a problem with your order, this will often result in a shipping delay until the problem is resolved.
We appreciate your trust and business and will do what we can to fulfill your needs and keep you as a customer.
Prices are subject to change and displayed in Pounds Sterling. Prices include shipping to the Channel Islands and the UK but but not to other destinations. The shipping charge to other international destinations is £10.00. In extreme circumstances, delivery charges may exceed £10 but we would notify you in advance to seek authorization prior to shipping. We also offer a UK next day Special Delivery service for £8.00 provided that orders are received on Monday to Friday before 2.00 pm.
We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.
We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.
Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If we are unable to ship the item within 2 business days, you will be notified. You will then have the option to cancel the order or place the item on back order. Should you decide to cancel your order under these circumstances, your credit card payment will be refunded in full.
VAT (UK)
As we are based in the Channel Islands, VAT is not applicable to goods under 22 Euros in value. However please note, HM Customs have the right to collect duty on certain goods over 22 Euros. On goods over this value, VAT is included within the price advertised on the website.

Returns/Exchange Policy
At all times other than between 10th and 23rd December, return/exchange of merchandise can be made within 7 days of receipt with prior approval ONLY. If the claim is due to damage or shortage you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier to inspect. NO merchandise can be returned/exchanged once installed. You must email us first before returning/exchanging an item. Items returned/exchanged without prior authorization will not be accepted or credited. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in sellable condition. Returned/exchanged merchandise shipping cost will be paid for by the customer and all merchandise is subject to a minimum 5% restocking cost or actual restocking charge from the manufacturer, whichever is greater. Discontinued or closeout items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, no exception. Once a return/exchange authorization number is issued, the return/exchange must be in possession of Visorshop Limited within 7 business days.
Remember, an exchange is considered to be a return and will be subject to the same terms.
Christmas Returns/Exchange Policy
The 7 days returns/exchange policy is extended during the Christmas period for all products purchased between 10th and 23rd December. Returns/exchanges will be accepted and a returns number can be obtained provided we are contacted before 4th January by email.
Return/Exchange Procedure
In order that a return is processed properly, you must contact Visorshop by emailing info@visorshop.com and wait for a reply. A returns number will be issued which must be displayed clearly on the outside of the original delivery box. Goods must be returned in their orginal packaging and state. Goods will not be exchanged or refunded unless a returns number has been issued.
The customer is also advised to include their name, address and reason for returning the product within the original box. Goods must be returned wuth the manufacturer packaging intact in the state that it left the warehouse. Visorshop Limited reserves the right to issue credit at its own discretion upon inspection. Merchandise must be returned/exchanged undamaged, with no marks on the original manufacturer packaging. We endeavour to rectify any problems and address all grievances to the best of our ability.
Order Cancellation
In the event that an order is cancelled by the customer for ANY reason, Visorshop Limited WILL charge a 5% cancellation fee.
