Terms of Website Usage
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, JCB, Connect Debit cards: Solo, Switch, Visa Debit, Maestro, Electron
Payment may be made by any of the methods above and will be debited when we receive your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method you use.
Our prices include VAT where applicable.
Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
A payment from you also constitutes an acceptance of your offer and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Orders and Delivery Times
All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Expect approximately 3-5 business days to receive your order. Orders outside the UK and Ireland may take longer. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive a call or email within 2 business days from the time the order was placed. We aim to deliver your products in the stated time period but under exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 30 days.
Prices are subject to change and displayed in Pounds Sterling. Prices include shipping to the Channel Islands and the UK but but not to other destinations.
The shipping charge to other zones is displayed during checkout. We also offer a UK next day Special Delivery service for £8.00 provided that orders are received on Monday to Friday before 2.00 pm. We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If we are unable to ship the item within 2 business days, you will be notified. You will then have the option to cancel the order or place the item on back order. Should you decide to cancel your order under these circumstances, your credit card payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.
To do this, Please e-mail at email@example.com. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The merchandise must be returned in sellable condition unless damaged before receipt. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. In such a case we will provide you with a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label. If you would like to exchange for an alternative item, you must notify us of your intent within 7 days of receipt by email. Goods must be sent back at your own cost. If goods are not returned, we will arrange collection and charge you for the direct costs of collection.
